Since I originally posted this photo, I obtained copies of the original Park Superintendent Monthly reports to the Director National Park Service for January and May 1932. Therefore I am re-posting the photo with more of the complete history of this photo and detailed descriptions of both the elevator dedication and Governor's Day 1932.
