Seligman Stagecoaches

I have in my computer files an article entitled "Seligman Stage Coaches Revisited"  by

Arthur Seligman Scott.  It is marked Draft.  I have no idea how I came by it or it it was ever published.  I'm planning a short article in our Hillsboro Historical Society Newsletter regarding the Mountain Pride and how it ended up in Lincoln.  I'm wondering if Author Seligman Scott, who posts in Voces de Santa Fe is the author of this article and, if so, was it ever published.  I'd appreciate any help on this.
